1st StopEmployee Benefits Overview
1st Stop offers a flexible and comprehensive package of benefits, along with valuable work and family programs. We are committed to making 1st Stop a great place to work and encourage our employees to closely review the benefits being offered. These programs can help employees attain financial security as well as help to meet the everyday health needs. Our programs are designed to allow you to tailor a benefits package that best meets the unique needs of you and your family. Our current health plan year runs from October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017. Elections for health plan coverage were completed in September.
Our health coverage is from Starmark which utilizes the Aetna National provider network. There is additional information about the Health Plan under the Health Coverage tab to the right.
Employees may select a Teladoc subscription for their family regardless of their health plan election. Teladoc provides telephone or video access to a doctor 24×7. There is no usage charge, your monthly subscription fee is your only expense for the unlimited consultations with a doctor. Additional information about Teladoc can be found in the HEALTH COVERAGE tab to the right.
During this election period, employees may select the following benefits:

- Cancer Insurance
Our Health Coverage offers a broad array of services, including hospital and physician services, prescription drugs and preventive benefits. All full-time employees are eligible to select health coverage. When you enroll in the medical plan you will also be provided with a $15,000 life insurance plan.
The Dental Plan is a PPO plan administered by Lincoln Financial. Enrollment is available for employees, their spouse and their dependents. Utilizing a dentist in the Lincoln PPO network may provide a cost savings for you, as well as ease of claims filing. However, the plan allows you the freedom and flexibility to visit any dentist with the same benefit coverage.
Our Vision Plan is administered by Lincoln Financial. Enrollment is available for employees, their spouse and their dependents. Utilizing a provider in the vision network may provide a cost savings for you, as well as ease of claims filing.
