Chris has a diverse business background that includes nearly 20 years advising companies on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance across a broad range of industries. During this time, he held various positions with Wells Fargo Securities, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley Capital Partners and Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co. He left the finance industry to follow his passion for entrepreneurship and has spent the past several years investing in, managing and serving on the boards of several emerging businesses. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Alexander Youth Network, a leading provider of treatment for children with serious emotional and behavioral problems. Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude with high honors in Economics from Vanderbilt University and received an MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
