Our Dental and Vision plans are also administered by United Healthcare. We are continuing to offer a suite of Income Protection Programs through the Washington National Life Insurance Company.

We are transitioning to United Healthcare dental plans. Utilizing a dentist in the United Healthcare network may provide a cost savings for you, as well as ease of claims filing. However, the PPO plan allows you the freedom and flexibility to visit any dentist with the same benefit coverage.
Our Vision Plan is administered by United Healthcare. This is our first year to offer the vision plan from United Healthcare. Utilizing a provider in the vision network may provide a cost savings for you, as well as ease of claims filing.
