Our upcoming health plan year runs from April 1, 2019 through March 31, 2020. The Dealerships are continuing to offer health coverage administered by United Healthcare. Our Dental and Vision plans are also administered by United Healthcare. We are continuing to offer a suite of Income Protection Programs through the Washington National Life Insurance Company.
Our Health coverage plans are ACA compliant and meet or exceed all ACA standards for essential benefits and affordability.
Our Health Coverage offers a broad array of services, including hospital and physician services, prescription drugs and preventive benefits. All full-time employees are eligible to select health coverage. Making a health insurance plans elections should be based on the anticipated needs of your family for the upcoming year. You may select a different plan next year as your health coverage needs change. Each plan has unique features and benefits.
HEALTH PLAN
We are transitioning to United Healthcare dental plans. Utilizing a dentist in the United Healthcare network may provide a cost savings for you, as well as ease of claims filing. However, the PPO plan allows you the freedom and flexibility to visit any dentist with the same benefit coverage.
Our Vision Plan is administered by United Healthcare. This is our first year to offer the vision plan from United Healthcare. Utilizing a provider in the vision network may provide a cost savings for you, as well as ease of claims filing.
